SANWOO ELECTRONICS distributes commercial refrigerators, freezer and kitchen equipment that will satisfy our customer needs and quality expectations.

SANWOO ELECTRONICS is committed to a policy of continual improvement. Measurable quality objectives are established and are subject to review to ensure that the quality of products and services, continue to meet our customers needs and expectations.

The Company recognizes that quality is the responsibility of all its employees and that the management team must lead in the maintenance of the Quality Assurance System, that meets the requirements set in ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Every employee is responsible for quality and is authorized and empowered to stop defective work from reaching the next in-house ser or the ultimate customer.

This policy is communicated throughout the company and department managers and supervisors are responsible for ensuring all employees understand the policy. To ensure our policy remains appropriate, it is reviewed at least annually at one of our Management Review meetings.
